Explosive Power Stations (box/depth jumps, lateral bounds, med ball power, single-leg work, resistance accel)

Basketball Application (first step, jump→sprint, slide→contest, finishing movement)
55–60 min
Core + Cool Down (stability, mobility, recovery)
