Each session will begin with  a 30 minute speed and agility workout.

METHODOLOGY

– Interactive Learning Environment: Players will engage in discussions about shooting philosophy, mental approaches to scoring, and the importance of shot selection in different game scenarios.

– Game Simulation Drills: Incorporating real-game situations into practice, players will learn to adapt their shooting strategies under pressure, enhancing their ability to perform during crucial moments in actual games.

– Video Analysis: Utilizing video technology, players will review their shooting mechanics and compare them to professional players, identifying areas for improvement and tracking their progress throughout the program.

– Mental Conditioning: Understanding that shooting is as much a mental game as it is physical, players will explore techniques for building confidence, focusing under pressure, and maintaining composure during high-stakes situations.
