Hoop School is a comprehensive co-ed skills development clinic designed to enhance overall fundamentals, basketball IQ, and game situational reads. This bi-weekly training program is perfect for beginning to intermediate players.

The Next Level Training Development Program is designed to maximize the high-performance basketball player’s readiness at three essential levels:

  • Peak Explosive Athleticism
  • Advanced Skill Set
  • Exceptional Game Situational IQ

Shooting

This highly detailed class develops a player’s ability to create additional shot attempts, incorporate complex techniques that transfer directly to games, and ultimately make more in-game shots.

Attacking

A comprehensive workshop for serious players that focuses on individual scoring and playmaking attributes using advanced skills training and rapid IQ awareness drills.

Performance

Each Shooting and Attacking course begins with a 30-minute performance workout designed to improve speed, quickness, strength, power, explosiveness, vertical jump, and mobility while teaching injury prevention and efficient body mechanics.

4. Check In With a Coach

When you arrive, please let one of our on-site coaches know you’re new or joining a session. We’ll get you oriented and ready to go.
