Welcome the group, introduce Seminole Sports Academy, explain the NFL FLAG league and today's plan.
Competitor fit leads warm-ups.

Four Stations · Water Break Included
Rotate athletes through all four stations below.
2:50 – 3:15 PM
Live Team Games
Create teams and let kids play live games. Explain the basic rules of flag football before kickoff.
- Run multiple games at once — we'll have the numbers for it
- Coaches both coach and officiate their game
3:15 – 3:30 PM
Wrap-Up
Thank everyone, answer questions, direct families to registration, group photo.
