Economics for Success®
Middle School | Ages 11–14
Economics for Success® introduces students to early career readiness and personal finance concepts. Students explore career interests, transferable skills, and financial responsibilities while learning how today’s choices impact future success.
Students Will Learn To:
- Identify personal preferences related to work and financial goals
- Connect values, skills, and interests to future career pathways
- Understand how education, income, and career planning support long-term success
- Think critically about financial decisions in a digital economy

Excellence Through Ethics
Ethics & Character Education
This course introduces students to ethical decision-making and explores how ethical and unethical choices impact individuals, organizations, and communities.
It’s My Future®
6 Sessions | Middle School
It’s My Future® provides practical preparation for the working world. Students explore interests, design a logo using an app, and learn about STEM careers and essential soft skills.

It’s My Job® (Soft Skills)
6 Sessions | Middle School
This course helps students understand professional communication, responsible technology use, and workplace behaviors that increase employability across multiple career fields, including STEM.
Inspire Entry Event
Career Exploration Experience
Inspire Entry is more than a career fair—it’s an immersive experience (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) connecting students with business leaders and career professionals.
Students Will:
- Attend webinars and career presentations
- Explore interactive career booths
- Engage directly with industry speakers
- Learn about high school, postsecondary, and career pathways

Be Entrepreneurial®: Creative Problem Solving
5 Sessions
Students learn Design Thinking—a problem-solving process used by entrepreneurs and innovators—to develop customer-focused solutions and business ideas.
Students Will Learn To:
- Understand the Design Thinking process
- Write clear and effective problem statements
- Create prototypes and testing plans
- Apply empathy-based problem solving
Be Entrepreneurial®: Rapid Business Planning
5 Sessions
This module introduces Lean Canvas, a one-page business model framework used to plan, test, and validate business ideas.
Students Will Learn To:
- Practice lean business planning
- Identify fixed and variable costs
- Define competitive advantages
- Build a complete Lean Canvas business plan
Be Entrepreneurial®: Think Like an Entrepreneur
3 Sessions
Students develop an entrepreneurial mindset focused on innovation, opportunity recognition, and growth.

- Define entrepreneurship and key entrepreneurial traits

Personal Finance & Financial Literacy
Financial Literacy®
One-Semester Course | High School
This teacher-led course equips students with foundational financial skills, including earning, saving, budgeting, investing, credit management, insurance, and debt prevention.
Students Will Learn To:
- Apply financial concepts aligned with state and national standards
- Analyze real-world financial and business scenarios
- Complete projects and case studies
- Build skills for long-term career and financial success
This course has received California A–G approval from the University of California.
Take Stock in Your Future®
5 Sessions
Students are introduced to the stock market through classroom instruction and self-guided activities, learning how markets work and how current events impact investing.
Company Program®
14 Sessions | High School
Company Program® empowers students to identify a problem in their community and launch a real business. Students create, market, and sell an actual product while developing leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
